What is an E-Ticket
E-tickets are PDF/printable tickets that are emailed to you and must be printed to help you gain entry into an event. Event organisers typically issue tickets very close to the event date, often only days before. The Ticket Release Date on your confirmation email will advise the release date, You can also see the details in Your Account section.

It is important that we have the attendees e-mail address and mobile phone number that they will have access to whilst in the USA. That way, we can send the e-tickets as they become available. You can print your E-tickets, or download and save them as a PDF—however, they must be printed and brought with you to the event or game. Please note that only one copy of the barcode will be accepted at the venue.
There is someone else’s name on my ticket? Have I been scammed?
No. Don’t stress, there will almost always be someone else’s name on the ticket in the event it was sourced from the secondary market. The name on a customer’s ticket will generally be the name of the original purchaser. This will have no impact on the validity of your tickets
