Sellers ship and email tickets as soon as they become available. While they are sometimes able to ship tickets earlier than expected, the Ticket Release Date is normally an accurate date of release. In some cases, your tickets will be shipped or emailed to you before the estimated Ticket Release Date mentioned in the order confirmation but this is beyond our control.
Most events don't like having tickets issued earlier as it can increase the chance of duplicate tickets in the market place.
There is no need to worry if you are travelling to the event. E-tickets and Mobile Tickets will be emailed to your listed contact details in your booking. Physical Ticket delivery will be organised well before you travel.
